New mom Jessica Alba loves motherhood so much that she’s reportedly trying for second baby with husband Cash Warren.

Sources say the actress wants to become pregnant “as soon as possible” as she wants to give 9-month-old daughter Honor a brother or sister.

“Jessica and Cash are working overtime to get pregnant. She and Cash are boasting that they love being parents and are determined to expand their family as soon as possible,” says a source.

The 27-year-old is set to begin filming her next movie ‘The Killer Inside Me’ alongside Kate Hudson and Casey Affleck.

I did it for the Campari job. [The workouts] were horrible. I cried. And I haven’t worked out since.

Did you have to do anything besides exercise?
I wore a girdle. Eight weeks after my girlfriend had her baby, you could see her six-pack. She told me to put an elastic band around my waist—any kind of band or girdle works. She was like, “I slept in it.” I didn’t recover as fast as she did. I don’t have a sixpack—that’s just not my body at all.

On confusing other men for her dad as a kid: “When I was little, I used to go up to black men and hold their legs, thinking it was my dad all the time. I’d wrap my arms around them, then look up and be like, ‘Oh my God!’”

On being accepted for who she is in Hollywood: “I was always trying to figure out: How the hell am I going to be mainstream? How are people going to accept me? When are the going to get a clue that I am American, that this is what America looks like–people like me who are mixed, have different blood, mixed with different ethnicities? When are the people who are hiring for these jobs and writing these screenplays going to realize that?”

On what she wants her baby to look like: “I’m excited for my baby to be brown. I just have to believe the dark gene is going to survive. Cash and I are like, please!”

In the sultry pictures shot by Mario Testino in Malibu, she shows off her bangin’ postbaby body.

“I’m usually walking around in comfy clothes with a baby on my arm, and it’s nice to dress things up and feel sophisticated, sexy and surrounded by so much beauty,” Jess said of her steamy shoot. “Also being surrounded by Brazilian models made it even easier!”

Alba has been a longtime supporter of the Declare Yourself campaign, and has made two controversial ads for the organization in a bid to encourage Americans to take to the polls in November.

The latest ad featured Alba wearing a Hannibal Lecter-style muzzle.

And now the Hollywood actress has enlisted the help of 19-year-old Panettiere for a satirical clip that has been posted on YouTube.

The two stars are seen hosting a mock home-shopping show selling The Muzzler 2008, a similar device to that worn by Alba in the last campaign.

Panettiere is seen modeling a pink version, spelling out to youngsters the need not to let their political voices be silenced.

Marc Morgenstern, executive director of Declare Yourself, tells People.com, “Jessica and Hayden have an amazing ability to connect with young adults. Behind all the humor of the PSA lies a very serious message of what it actually means to sit out the election and effectively silence oneself.”

Miley Cyrus, Jessica Alba, Mischa Barton and Vanessa Hudgens reportedly are among a host of female celebrities who have designed T-shirts for their favorite charities.

The ladies have all created her own “Spread the Love” T-shirt with designers at Los Angeles based fashion line 2 LOVE. The shirts will be sold for $50 each.

A portion of the shirts’ proceeds will be donated to the star’s chosen cause. Cyrus’ design will benefit the 1736 Family Crisis Center and profits from Alba’s creation will go to help the StepUp Women’s Network.

Alba says, “I had a blast being creative and designing this tee shirt, and I know whenever I see these tees on women, I’ll be reminded to ‘Spread the Love’!”

Actress Alyssa Milano has also put her creative talents on display for the charity drive, and she is donating her T-shirt’s proceeds to the United Nations Children’s Fund, of which she is an ambassador.

She tells People.com, “I love the idea behind 2 LOVE clothing. It is fun to mix fashion and charity. The cute tank makes a statement, and helps UNICEF increase public awareness of the challenges facing the world‚s children and create positive change around the globe.”

The “Fantastic Four” actress will play “a young woman who has retreated into the world and is consumed by number and math,” according to the report.

Jessica Alba’s plate is her role in an bondage-inspired public service announcement for Declare Yourself, a national,
nonprofit young voter initiative that hopes to get young adults to register and vote in the 2008 election.

In the ad, The Sin City actress stars is bound with electrical tape over her mouth and bare skin as tears pool in her eyes. The ad reads, “Only you can silence yourself. Make them hear you. Register to vote now.”

“I think it is important for young people to be aware of the need we have in this country to get them more active politically,” Alba said in a People magazine interview. “People respond to things that are shocking.”

The actress added that the image “really resonates” with the issue of voting: “If you don’t register and vote and make a difference, and hopefully change the bad things that are happening in our country, you are essentially just binding and muzzling yourself.”

Alba was photographed last month in Los Angeles by Mark Liddell for the campaign, which launched in 2004 with Christina Aguilera and Jonathan Bennett.
