The high-powered divorce lawyer filed papers in Los Angeles yesterday citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind the divorce, which will end her client’s six-year marriage to actress Hudson.

Robinson is seeking joint custody of his two-year-old son, but is not seeking spousal support as part of the financial settlement. The couple announced their separation this summer.
