A source told Life and Style magazine: “The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn’t really have any yard.

“They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children.”

The four-bedroom house is built over four floors with swimming pool, gym, media room, gourmet kitchen and a master bedroom with his-and-her baths.

The reality TV star – who gave birth to her second child Sparrow last week – invited the ‘Boyfriend’ singer to her Hollywood home to watch the Video Music Awards on Sunday night (13.09.09).

As soon as their children – Ashlee’s 10-month-old son Bronx and Nicole’s daughter 20-month-old Harlow and newborn Sparrow – had fallen asleep, the women jumped into bed with Good Charlotte singer Joel to watch TV.

When Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’ came on, the women started dancing wildly.

Nicole posted on her Twitter account: “We did the ‘put a ring on it’ dance from bed. I don’t think joel’s having the best time!”

She later added: “Beyonce is so good, she had me dancing from bed. I felt like I was there literally slapping a guy in the face!”

Joel was less than impressed, sending a message to Ashlee’s husband, Fall Out Boy singer’s Pete Wentz, saying: “Your wife is at my house right now. I need to leave. The mom squad is giving me s**t.”

Bronx Mowgli Wentz was born Thursday evening, weighing 7 lbs., 11 oz., and measuring 20 1/2 inches long.

“Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!” a spokesman said, according to People magazine.

Simpson-Wentz, 24, and the Fall Out Boy bassist, 29, announced her pregnancy in May, a few weeks after their Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland-themed wedding.

The Web site says Mowgli is a character who originally appeared in Rudyard Kipling’s short story “In the Rukh” and then went on to become the most prominent and memorable character in “The Jungle Book.”

“I talk to it all the time,” he told PEOPLE Saturday at the Ultimate Fighting Championship 86 afterparty in Las Vegas. “The Expectant Father tells you that the woman, when she speaks, the baby hears her all the time. And the father’s voice isn’t familiar unless you talk to it, so I talk to it all the time.”

The “Pieces of Me” singer, Ashlee Simpson who married Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz in a secret ceremony in May has listed her baby requirements on a gift register at exclusive Los Angeles baby boutique Petit Tresor, and they seem to be for a boy, according to source.

A source said: “Almost everything is blue. They made it very clear that it was a boy.” When the couple visited the store, they bought a selection of T-shirts and bibs from the Plain Mary collection with the words, “Hunk”, “Loved” and “Yummy” emblazoned on the front.

Ashlee and Pete are set to visit the baby boutique again next week to discuss the nursery. Pete recently revealed he is keen to find out the sex of his baby. He said: “I’d like to know the sex of the baby. It would be a bummer if you bought a boy a bunch of pink stuff!”

However, the 29-year-old musician hinted he and Ashlee were expecting twins after referring to his unborn baby as “them”. He said: “We’ve been keeping a book so far, like a journal for them – for them when they’re, uh, born.”

The so-called singer is going on tour this summer and she is set to play state fairs and House of Blues venues across America. Ashlee went on a club tour earlier this year. When she toured her last album, she played large venues. Now, she’s at a House of Blues near you. That has to hurt. Her tour schedule covers about a month kicking off on June 9th at the House of Blues in Chicago and wrapping up on July 1st at Capital One Bank Theatre at Westbury, New York.
