The Devil Wears Prada star who recently split from boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, Anne Hathaway says if she ever decided to change her sexuality then the Aussie actress would be her perfect pairing, according to Showbiz Spy

She says, “If I was going to go gay for another actress it would have to be Cate Blanchett.

“Absolutely! We could talk about a theater and she has played a guy really well so if I got bored that’d be nice.”

Anne Hathway, 25, recently revealed her split from Italian businessman Follieri — who was recently arrested on fraud and money laundering charges — has made her a stronger person.

She said, “The worst thing that happens to you can be the best thing, if you don’t let it get the best of you.”

The 25-year-old actress insists if she had to eat just one food for the rest of her life, it would be sushi because it is healthy and versatile.

Anne said: “If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life I would choose sushi, because you can prepare it in several different ways and it is so healthy.”

Health conscious Anne also said her second choice would be broccoli.

She added: “I love broccoli with brown rice.”

The ‘Devil Wears Prada’ actress was celebrating this week as ‘Get Smart’ beat other films at the US box office to become the largest grossing film of the weekend.

‘Get Smart’ is a spy comedy drama which sees Steve Carrell star alongside Anne as a pair of agents trying to thwart evil crime nemesis known as KAOS. It is released in European cinemas from the end of August.

Anne Hathaway wasn’t the least bit taken aback when her Brokeback Mountain co-star Jake Gyllenhaal asked if he could get more intimate with her onscreen – because he wanted the shot to look real.

Hathaway, in an interview with radio station Heart revealed that like most male stars, Gyllenhaal had wanted to make their love scene in the movie as real as possible.

“Sometimes you work with actors, and they can be lovely guys, but they have kind of dodgy instincts when it comes to kissing in scenes. They want to try to make it look a bit too real if you know what I mean,” The Sun quoted her, telling the station.

“There was this scene in ‘Brokeback Mountain’ where I get my kit off and I’m in the car with Jake Gyllenhaal and he’s touched my shoulder and he’s touched my stomach and he’s touched around my back. Everywhere except for, you know, ‘the girls’.

“I just turned to him and said: ‘It’s okay Jake, yes, you can touch my boobs,’” she said.

However, one actor with whom she had a far different experience was her Becoming Jane co-star James McAvoy.

“With James, right before we started he turned to me and said ‘closed mouths, no tongue’ and that’s what I normally say to people - so it was a pleasure,” she said.
