Britney Spears is to escape charges after running over the foot of a photographer last year (Nov07).
Los Angeles police officials have determined the pop star was not at fault and the evidence doesn’t prove that Spears left the scene of the accident, as the paparazzo claimed in his police report.
In documents obtained by TMZ.com, authorities rule the singer had no idea she had run over a photographer’s foot.
