Nicole Richie appeared in a Glendale court this morning to cop a deal in her DUI case. According to TMZ, a judge sentenced the starlet to four days in county jail.
TMZ was in L.A. County Superior Courtroom moments ago, where a pregnant Nicole Richie faced the music for her wrong-way DUI bust in December — her second DUI conviction in 4 years. Just like her “Simple Life†co-star Paris Hilton, a judge sentenced Richie to serve time in County Jail — but only four days — she has been credited for six hours of time served. Richie was also fined $2,048 and was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course.
Nicole must serve her time by September 28. She’s reportedly expected to give birth to her first child in January, so we can probably expect her to start serving sooner rather than later.
