Pop star Beyonce Knowles has finally revealed the secret behind her Bootylicious figure – hula hooping.
The plastic sports toy, popular with children in the seventies, has been given a recent high profile boost, after British radio station Heart FM launched a campaign for people to take up the hoop as a sport.
Now the Crazy In Love beauty has also shared its praises, saying, “I hula hoop for hours. As a kid I won contests. It’s great for your waist.”
