Beyonce Knowles won the Grammy for Song Of The Year for ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles tonight (January 31).

Beyonce beat off competition from:

Lady Gaga & RedOne – ‘Poker Face’
Hod David & Musze – ‘Pretty Wings’
Kings Of Leon – ‘Use Somebody’
Taylor Swift & Liz Rose – ‘You Belong With Me’

Earlier in the evening, Beyonce took the lead at the pre-telecast ceremony, winning in four other categories including best R&B song for her hit, ‘Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)’, best R&B contemporary album for ‘I Am … Sasha Fierce’, best R&B female vocal for ‘Single Ladies’ and best traditional R&B performance for ‘At Last’, from the movie ‘Cadillac Records’.

Beyonce was nominated for 10 Grammys — more than any other artist this year.
