Pregnant Angelina Jolie is suffering from diabetes. According to new reports, the humanitarian partner of Brad Pitt has been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, a type that hits expectant mothers.
The “Tomb Raider” star, who is rumored to be carrying a boy and a girl with partner Brad Pitt, is reportedly suffering from its symptoms including nausea and fatigue. Her legs are also said to be swollen to the extent that she now needs bigger footwear.
An insider reveals to Star magazine, “She has gestational diabetes. She found out about a month ago. She’s been seeing a nutritionist about it frequently. She’s sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak.”
Although the diabetes can be cured with diet and exercise, it can also develop into Type 2 diabetes. Pitt is reportedly urging the actress to take a rest on her schedule to recover her health.
