Blake Lively wishes she had longer legs, so she can finally put an end to the speculation that she lies about her height.

The 21-year-old actress — who plays Serena van der Woodsen in the hit show — has been accused of fibbing she was six inches taller than she really is and now she is keen to set the record straight.

She explains, “I get teased because there was once a story about me saying ‘Blake tells a tall tale’ And the story was that I’m really five foot four but that I lie, and I say that I’m really tall. And that I’m wearing stilts to be really tall! I had so many people ribbing me about that for a long time.

“It was a big article. It was like half the page saying ‘The only way she’s anywhere near five ten, is if she’s on stilts. I’m only small really. I’m like 5ft 4ins. It sounds so stupid but I get so mad about it. I have never lied about my height.”
